Residental
Residental zones are for citizen´s house.They produce money from taxes.It is necessary to have good happiness,no noise or pollution.Build parks near residental zones for happiness.When you have empty residental zone,try to check noise,pollution.If you try to build trees near residental zones,citizens will like it and will build their house there.Also,there needs to be commercial zone for their jobs.I dont recommend to build industrial zones next to residental,because it causes pollution,noise, and it decreases happiness.
